2. Green leafy vegetables. Absolutely no surprise here. Other than the nutrition and antioxidants in vegetables, they also consist of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll stick itself to toxins in your body and push them out. Although it does not exactly affect your brain, it enhances the condition of other parts of your body – and that consequently sharpen your brain.
